Gary is an integral part of the Bates Golf Group team. He has won over 40 PGA chapter and Section awards and served on the PNW PGA Section club relations for 25 years helping PGA golf professionals and clubs with contract content and negotiations.

Gary successfully has managed 3 very profitable, busy golf clubs in both the daily fee and private sector. Indian Canyon was rated as high as the “Top 10” in Golf Digest’s “Best Courses in America”. Kalispel Golf and Country Club is rated as one of the better courses and private clubs in Washington State.

Kalispel Golf and Country Club is rated as one of the better courses and private clubs in Washington State.
He has immersed himself in the study and promotion of golf in the Native American sector seeing significant growth potential for both the game and tribal opportunities. His experience in increasing play and profitability, both on the golf side and food and beverage is extensive. He has been sought out as an operations and business consultant to other golf facilities across the country.
His involvement with the Bates Golf Group is a dream come true for him and he is looking forward to developing both new projects and new partner relationships within the golf industry.
